WORKING WITH INTEGRATORS AND CONTROLS TEAMS

Start with a task. Agree how we’ll work together.

Crew Bravo is developing a BMS practice on an established software and systems engineering background. Tell us about your integration question, and we can discuss whether a review of supplied data for one subsystem would be a suitable starting task alongside your controls team.

PROPOSED COLLABORATION

A manageable starting point, agreed together

Start with one subsystem and a limited dataset, then agree a checklist, findings format, and review point. Before accepting work, we’d discuss the preparation and review effort needed from your team and whether the proposed work is worthwhile. The inquiry starts that discussion without committing either side to a pilot.

  1. 01

    Understand the task

Discuss the subsystem, the question you want answered, and the information available.

  2. 02

    Agree the work package

Confirm relevant experience, one starting dataset, the checklist, report format, permissions, limits, and review point.

  3. 03

    Carry out the agreed review

Work from the supplied information and approved requirements included in the scope.

  4. 04

    Review the findings together

Discuss evidence, passed or failed checks, open questions, and items not assessed with your controls lead.

RESPONSIBILITY AND REVIEW

Your team’s engineering judgment, our agreed work

A useful review needs a clear owner on each side. We’d agree who supplies and approves the requirements, who completes the checks, and how the findings will be reviewed.

YOUR CONTROLS TEAM

Requirements and plant decisions

Approve the requirements and sharing permissions, decide access, assess physical implications, and retain authority over plant acceptance.

CREW BRAVO

The agreed checks and report

Confirm that we can take on the task, carry out the agreed checks, and document evidence, results, open questions, and items not assessed.

Our BMS practice is developing, so we’d assess each request before accepting it. A configuration QA review would not certify plant or provide independent commissioning sign-off. See the full scope and exclusions on the building automation page.

SUPPORTING ENGINEERING

Software and integration experience alongside your team

Our established experience includes software, cloud, networking, diagnostics, and system integration, as well as AI and knowledge-system work. If your task involves software, data exchange, or tooling, describe what you need so we can discuss the relevant experience and scope.
